You are warmly invited to join this online group practice, several mornings/evenings throughout the week.
These sessions are short (20 minutes) and provide a space to breathe with guidance and gentle company, bolstering your personal practice.
You are welcome to come as you are, pyjamas welcome, bring a brew, screen off or on. There is no discussion or ‘check in’ – simply arrive, get comfy, and enjoy a guided practice to get you grounded and ready for your day, or relaxed and ready for bed.
